  • obtaining first and second duration measurements for at least one of a first activity session and second activity session using an external processor programmed to include an input from the patient-associated implantable medical device and an input from other than from the patient-associated implantable medical device, the first duration measurement based on the activity threshold of the patient-associated implantable medical device, the second duration measurement based on actual start and stop of the activity session; and

suggesting an adjustment of the activity threshold using the external processor programmed to suggest the adjustment based on at least one of correspondence between the first duration measurement and the second duration measurement of the first activity session, and correspondence between the first duration measurement and the second duration measurement of the second activity session.
