    a polynucleotide which encodes a Δ

    a total fatty acid content in the plant cell which includes 2.5% (w/w) C20 ω

    3 long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (LC-PUFAs) and 0.1% (w/w) docosapentaenoic acid.
