1. An interface device for use in a patient management system to serve as an intermediary between a programmer and a server, comprising:
- a housing;
a first connector extending from the housing via a first cable, the first connector being configured to interface physically with a first output hardware of a first programmer, which is configured to wirelessly collect data from a first implanted medical device, and to receive data collected from the first implanted medical device from the first programmer;
a second connector extending from the housing via a second cable, the second connector being configured to interface physically with a second output hardware of the first programmer, and to receive data collected from the first implanted medical device from the first programmer, the second output hardware differing from the first output hardware;
a transmitter in the housing, the transmitter being configured to automatically transmit data received by the first and second connectors to the server.
