1. An implantable medical device comprising a structural element, the structural element including:

  • a continuous phase comprising a matrix polymer; and

a discrete phase within the continuous phase, the discrete phase comprising a modifier polymer having discrete phase segments, the discrete phase segments being immiscible with the matrix polymer, the modifier polymer further comprising anchor segments that are miscible with the matrix polymer, the anchor segments at least partially phase separate from the discrete phase into the continuous phase, wherein the matrix polymer and the modifier polymer are biodegradable polymers, wherein a plurality of bioceramic particles are dispersed within the continuous and/or the discrete phase, andwherein the structural element is 5-20 wt% of a modifier polymer and about 75-95 wt% of matrix polymer.
