1. A mobile telecommunications device including:

  • a transceiver for sending and receiving signals via a wireless telecommunications network;

    first processing means for processing connection history information relating to communications sent to or from the mobile telecommunications device via the transceiver, for generating dot data representing a visual layout of the connection history information comprising a human-readable list of previous connections or attempted connections;

    an integral printer configured to receive the dot data and print the dot data onto a print medium, the print medium having pre-printed tags printed on a surface of the print medium, each tag encoding that tag'"'"'s two dimensional position on the surface and an identity of the print medium, the print medium further having a linear-encoded data track extending in an intended direction of printing, the linear-encoded data track encoding the identity of the print medium;

    a data track sensor in a print media path of the printer for sensing the data track during printing of the dot data;

    second processing means for associating items on the list of previous connections or attempted connections with the identity of the print medium and areas on the print medium; and

    ,an integral optical sensor for selectively sensing one of said tags on a selected area on the print medium, for determining one of the previous connections or attempted connections associated with the selected area from the two dimensional position encoded in sensed tags, and for initiating an action regarding the previous connection or attempted connection associated with the selected area.
