1. A method for conducting a base game wherein a player plays against a gaming organization via a graphical user interface in communication with a game server, said method comprising:
- displaying to the player on the graphical user interface two separate sets of game indicia selection each having a plurality of game indicia, wherein the first set of game indicia selection is assigned to the player, and the second set of game indicia selection is assigned to the gaming organization;
wherein the plurality of game indicia in the first set of indicia selection assigned to the player is identical to the plurality of game indicia in the second set of indicia selection assigned to the gaming organization;
the player selecting a first one of player game indicia via the graphical user interface wherein the player'"'"'s selection is shown on the graphical interface, and the gaming organization subsequently randomly designating and displaying on the graphical user interface, via the game server, the first one of the gaming organization game indicia such that the player is made aware of the gaming organization'"'"'s actual selection wherein after the gaming organization'"'"'s selection, the graphical interface displays the player selected indicia, separately displays the gaming organization selected indicia and displays the remaining unselected indicia on the graphical user interface;
determining if the player'"'"'s first selected game indicia matches the gaming organization'"'"'s first designated game indicia, a match occurs when the player selected flame indicia is the same flame indicia randomly designated by the gaming organization;
repeating the process wherein the player selects one of the remaining player game indicia, and the gaming organization randomly designates and displays one of the remaining gaming organization game indicia until no further player game indicia remain or no further matches are possible between the player selected game indicia and the gaming organization randomly designated game indicia; and
awarding a prize to the player as a function of the number of matches between the player selected game indicia and the gaming organization randomly generated game indicia.

Abstract
An interactive game in which a player and a gaming organization are each assigned game indicia. The game includes identifying a first game indicia selected by the game player with a first game indicia selected by the gaming organization thereafter, whereupon the player and the gaming organization each then select the remaining game indicia for the game.
