7. A method for reforming a capacitor, the method comprising:

a. determining a value of leakage current for the capacitor; and b. applying a voltage to the capacitor that has a value that is mathematically determined based on the value of the current; wherein the voltage that is applied to the capacitor has a value that is approximately equal to a maximum voltage rating for the capacitor multiplied by the value of the leakage current divided by the sum of the value of the leakage current and a predetermined current value. - View Dependent Claims (8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13)
