- a core having an overall diameter of from 1.40 inches to 1.60 inches and consisting of;
a center formed from an ionomeric composition and having a diameter of from 0.250 inches to 0.500 inches, a surface hardness of from 80 Shore C to 90 Shore C, and a specific gravity of less than 1.00 g/cc;
an intermediate core layer formed from a rubber composition and having a thickness of from 0.300 inches to 0.500 inches and a surface hardness of less than 70 Shore C; and
an outer core layer formed from a rubber composition and having a thickness of from 0.100 inches to 0.400 inches and a surface hardness of 80 Shore C or greater; and
a cover.
