1. A cellular phone comprising:

  • a receiver, a demodulator and a first processor for receiving, demodulating and processing a first Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexed (OFDM), a Global Positioning System (GPS) and a Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) modulated signal into first OFDM, GPS and CDMA processed baseband signal, wherein, said CDMA processed baseband signal comprises cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase signals, and said receiver comprises two or more antennas for reception of said first OFDM, GPS and CDMA modulated signal, for providing said demodulated and processed first OFDM, GPS and CDMA signal to an interface unit of said cellular phone;

    a second processor for cascade processing said processed first OFDM, signal into said second processor processed second OFDM signal, wherein said cascade processing means processing in a sequence;

    a modulator and transmitter for modulation and transmission of said second processor processed OFDM signal into a second OFDM modulated signal;

    a third processor for receiving and processing a video signal into a processed third OFDM signal and for providing said processed third OFDM signal to said modulator and transmitter, for generating a third OFDM modulated signal, wherein said first, second and third OFDM modulated signals are distinct signals; and

    a fourth processor for processing a touch screen generated signal into a touch screen generated control signal, wherein said control signal is used for control of transmission of said second and third OFDM modulated signal.
