Component mounting apparatus, service providing device and servicing method
First Claim
1. A service receiving method for deriving a component library to allow a component mounting apparatus or a component mounting line to perform a mount production, the component mounting apparatus including a component supplier that supplies a component and component holder that holds the component from the component supplier and mounts the component onto a circuit board, and the component mounting line in which connection is made so as to include the component mounting apparatus, the method comprising:
- inputting, by a service receiver provided at a user side, mounted component data having mounting conditions actually realized by a fabrication of non-defective products, to the service provider, through a communication system including the Internet;
accumulating and systematizing, by the service provider, the input mounted component data accumulated for each type of component in a mounted component database;
deriving, by the service receiver at the user side, a component library from the mounted component database provided in the service provider, the mounted component database at the service provider being systematized with the input mounted component data accumulated for each type of component; and
receiving, from the service provider, the component library generated from mounted component data of components, including component size and mounting conditions corresponding to a type of each component necessary to allow the component mounting apparatus to perform a mount production, via the communication system, by the service receiver provided at the user side, for mount production using a component mounting apparatus and a component mounting line.

Abstract
A service receiving method for receiving a component library generated from mounted component data, including component size and mounting conditions, via a communication system that includes the Internet. The method includes the service provider receiving mounted component data having mounting conditions actually realized by a fabrication of non-defective products. The method also includes the service provider deriving a component library from a mounted component database.

2. A service providing method for providing a component library, to allow a component mounting apparatus or a component mounting line to perform a mount production, the component mounting apparatus including a component supplier that supplies a component and a component holder that holds the component from the component supplier, and one of mounts the component onto a circuit board, and a component mounting line in which connection is made so as to include the component mounting apparatus, the method comprising:
-
inputting and collecting, by the service provider, mounted component data having mounting conditions actually realized by a fabrication of non-defective products input by a service receiver provided at a user side via a communication system including the Internet; accumulating and systemizing, by the service provider, the input mounted component data for each type of component in a mounted component database; deriving the component library by the service provider; and providing, by the service provider, the component library generated from the mounted component data of components, including component size and mounting conditions corresponding to a type of each component necessary to allow the component mounting apparatus to perform a mount production, via the communication system, to the service receiver provided at the user side, for mount production using a component mounting apparatus and a component mounting line. - View Dependent Claims (3, 4)
