1. A system for implanting an anchor assembly, comprising:
- an anchor delivery device having at least one anchor assembly in the anchor delivery device, the anchor assembly including a first anchor member, a second anchor member, a connector joining the first and second anchor members, and a retractable needle assembly, the retractable needle assembly being operatively associated with the first actuator;
wherein the anchor delivery device includes a first actuator that accomplishes implanting the first anchor, a second actuator that accomplishes assembly of the second anchor and a third actuator that cuts the connector to a desired length;
wherein actuation of the first actuator accomplishes gaining access to a first site with the needle projecting laterally from the delivery device and deployment of the first anchor member independently of the second anchor member.
