1. A production management system for a production unit for which a schedule of tasks to be accomplished is set up and stored in a memory in a central management device, the system comprising:

  • individual electronic devices each associated with an operator;

    control stations comprising a computer and a control screen;

    an operation screen displaying the schedule of tasks to be accomplished by a plurality of operators and being visible to each of the plurality of operators; and

    a network linking the individual electronic devices, the operation screen, and the control stations to the central management device, whereintasks accomplished and problems encountered during an implementation of the tasks by the operator are input by a respective operator into each of the individual electronic devices and transmitted to the central management device,the central management device compares data inputted into the individual electronic devices by the operators and the schedule of tasks to be accomplished,the central management device generates a warning when the central management device detects a discrepancy based on the comparison between the data inputted by the operators and the schedule of tasks to be accomplished that exceeds a predetermined and memorized threshold, and transmits the warning to the individual electronic devices, the operation screen, and the control stations,at least a part of the individual electronic devices, the operation screen, and the control stations display the warning involving the respective operator associated with one of the individual electronic devices and other operators,the operation screen displays a two-dimensional graph of the schedule of tasks, and a variable scale is used for one axis of the graph in which successive values incrementing the one axis are not equally distributed,the variable scale is used for a time axis and present tasks are displayed larger than tasks performed in the past or future, andsides of the variable scale are compressed based on a logarithmic function.
