1. A nozzle for an inkjet printer, the nozzle comprising:
- a roof layer defining a nozzle port through which ink is ejected;
a substrate layer fast with the roof layer and defining a nozzle chamber wall; and
an actuator assembly fast with the substrate layer and comprising a support, the actuator assembly further comprising a lever arm cantilevered to extend from the support and terminating in a piston, the piston being positioned within a nozzle chamber defined by the nozzle chamber wall, whereinthe nozzle chamber wall is provided along a height thereof with a gap, the gap being dimensioned to pass the lever arm therethrough.

The actuator assembly includes a lever arm cantilevered to extend from the support and terminating in a piston. The piston is positioned within a nozzle chamber defined by the nozzle chamber wall. The nozzle chamber wall is provided along a height thereof with a gap, the gap being dimensioned to pass the lever arm therethrough.
