    sending an inquiry from the first information processing device to the second information processing device, the inquiry using the standard ID to identify the processing of the transaction;

    receiving from the second information processing device, the local ID for processing the transaction of the second information processing device; and

    relating the received local ID for processing the transaction of the second information processing device with a respective local ID for processing the transaction of the first information processing device which has sent the inquiry,wherein a value of the predetermined period of time for holding said record is modified depending upon whether the information processing device which makes a transaction processing request is the first information processing device which has sent the inquiry.
