1. A self-drilling bone fusion screw apparatus comprising:

  • a first sliding triangular portion, wherein the first sliding triangular portion includes a first integral screw guide having a first predetermined angle and a second integral screw guide having a second predetermined angle;

    a second sliding triangular portion, positioned relative to the first sliding triangular portion;

    a first screw member and a second screw member each having a tapered end and a threaded body, the first screw member disposed in the first integral screw guide at the first predetermined angle and the second screw member disposed in the second integral screw guide at the second predetermined angle, wherein the first screw member traverses the first sliding triangular portion and the second screw member traverses the first sliding triangular portion and the second sliding triangular portion; and

    an adjuster that adjusts a sliding position of the first sliding triangular portion with respect to the second sliding triangular portion to simultaneously adjust a height and a depth of the self-drilling bone fusion screw apparatus.
