1. A method of operating an employment system comprising:

  • (a) causing at least one computer to present a user with a first question;

    (b) causing the at least one computer to receive an answer to the first question;

    (c) causing the at least one computer to present a user with one or more subsequent questions, the first question and the one or more subsequent questions associated with one or more employment experiences of the user, and the one or more subsequent questions selected from an initial set of questions that are determined to maximize at least one match score for the user;

    (d) causing the at least one computer to receive an answer to each of the subsequent questions, at least one subsequent question is selected based on an answer provided to a previous question;

    (e) causing the at least one computer to set match information for the user based at least partly upon at least one of the answers; and

    (f) causing the at least one computer to generate at least one match score using the match information.
