1. A receiver system for identifying a location of a magnetic field source, the receiver comprising:

  • a frame;

    two and only two tri-axial antennas supported by the frame to detect a dipole magnetic field from the magnetic field source;

    an orientation sensor to sense an orientation of the frame; and

    a processor to receive an antenna signal from each of the two antenna assemblies and to determine the location of the magnetic field source relative to the frame using the antenna signals and the orientation of the frame;

    wherein the two antennas detect the dipole magnetic field when the antennas are held in a substantially horizontal plane.
