1. A cellular telephone comprising:

  • an LCD flat panel visual display;

    a digital telephone communication link coupled to a public telephone system and configured to communicate with the Internet such that image information sent as TCP/IP data packets from an HTTP Internet server can be displayed on said visual display in response to inputs originating from said cellular telephone;

    another digital communication channel configured to communicate with the Internet such that image information sent as TCP/IP data packets from an HTTP Internet server can be displayed on said visual display in response to inputs originating from said cellular telephone;

    an audio output of said cellular telephone capable of playing content sent as TCP/IP data packets from said HTTP Internet server; and

    an audio input of said cellular telephone capable of transmission over at least one of said digital telephone communication link and said another digital communication channel;

    wherein said image information is sent as a markup language, wherein said markup language comprises HTML code, wherein said image information is displayed on said visual display by processing said HTML, wherein said another digital communication channel is a wireless communication channel, wherein said inputs are accomplished by selecting keys of said cellular telephone and wherein said keys are physical keys.
