1. A concentrated antimicrobial enzymatic cleaning composition comprising:
- a) a tertiary amine antimicrobial agent;
b) a lipase enzyme;
c) 0.5 to 6.0 wt. % of hydrochloric acid;
d) a surfactant; and
e) a solvent;
wherein the total concentration of the surfactant and solvent is from about 3.0 to about 50 wt. %, the ratio of the antimicrobial to the total concentration of the surfactant and solvent is about (0.02-0.4);
1, the composition has a pH range from about 4.9 to about 9.5, the composition has 15% of its original enzyme activity after 21 days at a temperature of 40°
C., and the composition is free of boric acid or a boric acid salt.

Abstract
The disclosure relates to an enzyme stabilization system, compositions with the enzyme stabilization system, and methods of using the enzyme composition. Preferred ratios of acid to amine are effective at stabilizing enzyme. Optional nonionic surfactants and solvents also positively contribute to enzyme stability. The compositions are useful in cleaning applications.
