10%, andat least a portion of the other one of the adluminal surface and the abluminal surface is covered by a second ceramic having a surface characterized by another uniform morphology different from the uniform morphology of the surface of the first ceramic, the abluminal surface having a surface morphology different from a surface morphology of the adluminal surface, wherein the abluminal surface morphology is characterized by defined grains and the adluminal surface morphology is characterized by globular morphology.
