- calculating, using the processor, a master index based on contribution performance data and activity performance data of the advertiser, the contribution performance data comprising an advertisement purchase amount, and the activity performance data comprising at least one of a number of times the advertiser has visited a given website and a number of times the advertiser has participated in a service satisfaction index survey; and
assigning a grade to the advertiser according to the master index.
