1. A method of digital rights management of captured content, comprising:

  • viewing capturable content, by at least one device enabled to capture the capturable content;

    blocking the device from capturing the content;

    analyzing the capturable content to determine whether the capturable content is subject to a first digital rights management protection specified for content captured independent of authorized distribution of a first restricted element within the capturable content;

    responsive to determining the capturable content is subject to first digital rights management protection, querying at least one database to select at least one first digital rights management rule associated with the first restricted element specifying at least one first criteria for combining the first restricted element with at least one other element;

    determining whether the first restricted element is combined with the at least one other element in the capturable content;

    responsive to detecting the capturable content is combined with the at least one other element, determining a combined digital rights management protection rule reconciling the at least one first criteria for combining the first restricted element with the at least one other element; and

    responsive to the combined digital rights management protection rule allowing capture of the capturable content, allowing the device to capture the content;

    responsive to the device capturing the content, applying the combined digital rights management protection rule to restrict usage of the captured content.
