- one or more sensor devices configured to detect conditions at one or more sites;
one or more checkpoints at each of said one or more sites configured to receive signals from the one or more sensor devices;
a central headquarters processor configured to receive signals indicative of the conditions detected at said one or more sites from the one or more checkpoints; and
one or more checkpoint data processing subsystems configured to monitor signals from one or more of said sensor devices and to transmit said signals for receipt by the central headquarters processor,wherein the central headquarters processor is configured to process the signals to determine if an event has occurred.
