1. An apparatus, comprising:
- a first substantially transparent substrate having first and second surfaces and a spectral filter material proximate the second surface in at least a peripheral portion, the spectral filter material comprising at least one layer including chromium;
a second substrate having third and fourth surfaces and an at least partially reflective stack of materials on at least a portion of the third surface, the first and second substrates being sealed together in a spaced-apart relationship by a primary seal material circumferentially disposed between the second and third surfaces so as to form a chamber therebetween, the primary seal material including a spacing means; and
at least one electrical clip adhered to the second substrate,wherein said spectral filter material and said first substantially transparent substrate are free of visually perceivable areas of distortion.
