1. A broadcasting receiver comprising:

  • a receiver configured to receive a broadcast signal including a transmission frame, wherein a parade of data groups is received within the transmission frame, each of the data groups including mobile service data, signaling information and a plurality of regions, the plurality of regions including a plurality of data blocks, wherein the signaling information is inserted in a specific data block of the plurality of data blocks;

    a signaling information decoder configured to decode the signaling information in each of the data groups, wherein the decoded signaling information includes serial concatenated convolutional coding (SCCC) block mode information indicating a relationship between an SCCC block and a data block and Reed-Solomon (RS) frame mode information indicating a number of RS frames transmitted in the parade;

    a block decoder configured to decode the mobile service data in each data of the groups by an SCCC block unit on the basis of the SCCC block mode information;

    an RS frame decoder configured to build an RS frame including the decoded mobile service data on the basis of the RS frame mode information and perform RS decoding on the mobile service data in the RS frame;

    a derandomizer configured to derandomize the RS-decoded mobile service data; and

    a decoder configured to extract parameters from an audio stream included in the derandomized mobile service data and decode the audio stream using the extracted parameters to recover an audio signal.
