a layout drawing generator for generating a layout drawing based on at least one ofthe request for proposal,the engineered object, andengineering rules and knowledge;
a design generator for generating the object design based on a proposal and an order, wherethe proposal is generated based on the cost estimate and the layout drawing; and
the order is generated based on the proposal; and
manufacturing facilities for producing at least a portion of the engineered object based on the object design.

10. A method of generating a bulk material handling system design for producing a bulk material handling system, comprising the steps of:
