1. A patient interface comprising:
- (a) a seal member adapted to contact a face of a user to provide a sealed interface with such a user, wherein the seal member comprises;
(1) an oral cushion portion adapted to provide a sealed interface with such a user, wherein a sealing of the oral cushion portion at least partially surrounds a mouth of such a user,(2) a pleat provided at a portion the perimeter of the oral cushion portion, and(3) a nasal interface portion operatively coupled to the oral cushion portion, wherein the nasal interface portion is adapted to form a sealed interface with nares of such as user; and
(b) a faceplate, wherein the seal member is operatively attached to the faceplate.
