1. A method for controlling wireless communication channel allocation between two wireless networks, the method comprising:

  • monitoring communication channel allocation commands issued by a first wireless network, wherein the first wireless network comprises a plurality of communication frequencies;

    determining from the communication channel allocation commands a set of communication frequencies that have been assigned from the plurality of communication frequencies to wireless devices associated with the first wireless network, and from at least the set of assigned communication frequencies, determining unused communication frequencies within the plurality of communication frequencies; and

    transmitting, in response to the determining, to at least one second wireless network, a specification of the unused communication frequencies within the plurality of communication frequencies.
