1. A method for aligning a reflector of an antenna with a satellite configuration, comprising:

  • pointing the reflector to an orbital slot having a plurality of satellites used in the satellite configuration, wherein only one satellite of the plurality of satellites in the orbital slot transmits first circularly polarized signals;

    adjusting the reflector to maximize reception of the first circularly polarized signals from the orbital slot; and

    offsetting the reflector from a position where maximum reception of the first circularly polarized signals is measured.
