Blood sensor and blood test apparatus having the same
First Claim
1. A blood sensor that is detachably attached to a blood test apparatus having a plurality of connectors, comprising:
- a base plate;
a storing part that is provided in the base plate and having an opening;
a supply channel having one end communicating with the storing part such that blood within the storing part is supplied to flow into the supply channel by capillary action;
a detecting section that is provided in the supply channel;
an air hole that communicates with the supply channel;
an electrode system including a plurality of electrodes that is provided in an area including the detecting section;
a plurality of connection terminals that are electrically connected with each electrode of the electrode system;
a reference terminal that serves as a reference for identifying each of the plurality of connection terminals, whereinthe plurality of connectors are connected to the plurality of connection terminals and the reference terminal of the blood sensor attached at a predetermined position in the blood test apparatus, respectively.

Abstract
A blood sensor to be used in a blood test apparatus, more specifically speaking, a blood sensor which can be easily attached to a blood test apparatus and detached therefrom. Namely, a blood sensor to be detachably attached to a blood test apparatus having a plural number of connectors, which comprises: a supply channel to which blood is supplied; a detection section provided in the supply channel; an electrode system formed in an area including the detection section; a plural number of connection terminals electrically connected to each electrode of the electrode system respectively; and a standard electrode serving as a standard for differentiating these connection terminals. The connectors are connected respectively to the connection terminals and the standard electrode of the blood sensor having been attached to a definite position of the blood test apparatus.
