Abstract

A device, method, computer program product, and network subsystem are described for signaling a first application relating with a first core and with a second core, and for aggregating information in response to data received after signaling the first application relating with the first core and with the second core, transmitting at least a portion of the information aggregated in response to the data received after signaling the first application relating with the first core and with the second core, or signaling via a third core a partial service configuration change at least in the first core in response to data received after signaling the first application relating with the first core and with the second core.

Claims

1. A method comprising:

signaling by hardware circuitry a first application relating with a first core and with a second core;

signaling via a third core a partial service configuration change at least in the first core in response to data received after signaling the first application relating with the first core and with the second core, including signaling a reboot at the first core responsive to input received after displaying an indication of the first core; and

performing the partial service configuration change at least in the first core and in the second core.

2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

performing the partial service configuration change in response to input received after signaling the partial service configuration change.

3. The method of claim 1, in which signaling via a third core a partial service configuration change at least in the first core in response to data received after signaling the first application relating with the first core and with the second core comprises:

performing the partial service configuration change in at least the first core.

4. The method of claim 1, in which signaling via a third core a partial service configuration change at least in the first core in response to data received after signaling the first application relating with the first core and with the second core comprises:

indicating a portion of a first core service upgrade at the third core.

5. The method of claim 1, in which signaling via a third core a partial service configuration change at least in the first core in response to data received after signaling the first application relating with the first core and with the second core comprises:

causing the partial service configuration change by an activity at the third core.

6. A first method comprising:

performing by hardware circuitry a reception of or a transmission of one or more instructions relating to a second method including;

signaling a first application relating with a first core and with a second core;

signaling via a third core a partial service configuration change at least in the first core in response to data received after signaling the first application relating with the first core and with the second core, including signaling a reboot at the first core responsive to input received after displaying an indication of the first core; and

performing the partial service configuration change at least in the first core and in the second core.

7. The first method of claim 6, in which performing a reception of or a transmission of one or more instructions relating to a second method comprises:

performing a reception of or a transmission of one or more instructions relating to the signaling a first application relating with a first core and with a second core.

8. A network subsystem comprising:

first signaling hardware circuitry means for signaling a first application relating with a first core and with a second core, the first signaling means including means for identifying a portion of the first application at the first core; and

second signaling means for signaling via a third core a partial service configuration change at least in the first core in response to data received after signaling the first application relating with the first core and with the second core, the second signaling means including means for signaling a reboot at the first core responsive to input received after displaying an indication of the first core, means for signaling the partial service configuration change via a channel traversing the third core, means for causing the partial service configuration change by an activity at the third core, and means for signaling an initialization in a portion of the first core and in a portion of the second core.

9. A network subsystem comprising:

hardware circuitry means for signaling a first application relating with a first core and with a second core;

means for signaling via a third core a partial service configuration change at least in the first core in response to data received after signaling the first application relating with the first core and with the second core including signaling a reboot at the first core responsive to input received after displaying an indication of the first core; and

means for performing the partial service configuration change at least in the first core and in the second core.

10. The network subsystem of claim 9, in which the means for signaling via a third core a partial service configuration change at least in the first core in response to data received after signaling the first application relating with the first core and with the second core comprises:

means for updating a portion of a service configuration.

11. The network subsystem of claim 9, in which the means for signaling via a third core a partial service configuration change at least in the first core in response to data received after signaling the first application relating with the first core and with the second core comprises:

means for signaling an initialization in a portion of the first core and in a portion of the second core.

12. The network subsystem of claim 9, in which the means for signaling via a third core a partial service configuration change at least in the first core in response to data received after signaling the first application relating with the first core and with the second core comprises:

means for suspending a service at the first core.

13. The network subsystem of claim 9, further comprising:

means for indicating at least one of the first application, the first core, and the second core to an interface; and

means for receiving input from the interface.

14. The network subsystem of claim 9, further comprising:

means for recording an indication of the first application.

15. The network subsystem of claim 9, in which the means for signaling via a third core a partial service configuration change at least in the first core in response to data received after signaling the first application relating with the first core and with the second core comprises:

means for displaying an indication of the first application relating with the first core and with the second core.

16. The network subsystem of claim 9, in which the means for signaling via a third core a partial service configuration change at least in the first core in response to data received after signaling the first application relating with the first core and with the second core comprises:

means for signaling the partial service configuration change at the second core.

17. The network subsystem of claim 9, in which the means for signaling via a third core a partial service configuration change at least in the first core in response to data received after signaling the first application relating with the first core and with the second core comprises:

means for signaling the partial service configuration change remotely from the first core.

18. The network subsystem of claim 9, further comprising:

means for performing the partial service configuration change in response to input received after signaling the partial service configuration change.

19. The network subsystem of claim 9, in which the means for signaling a first application relating with a first core and with a second core comprises:

means for indicating a first feature of the first application at the first core and a second feature of the first application at the second core.

20. The network subsystem of claim 9, in which the means for signaling a first application relating with a first core and with a second core comprises:

means for transmitting an image depicting at least the first core and the second core.

The network subsystem of claim 9, in which the means for signaling via a third core a partial service configuration change at least in the first core in response to data received after signaling the first application relating with the first core and with the second core comprises the means for causing the partial service configuration change in at least the first core and the second core.

22. The network subsystem of claim 9, in which the means for signaling via a third core a partial service configuration change at least in the first core in response to data received after signaling the first application relating with the first core and with the second core comprises:

means for performing the partial service configuration change in at least the first core.

23. The network subsystem of claim 9, in which the means for signaling a first application relating with a first core and with a second core comprises:

means for transmitting one or more service-specific parameters and a portion of the first application to the first core and to the second core.

24. The network subsystem of claim 9, in which the means for signaling a first application relating with a first core and with a second core comprises:

means for transmitting information about how the first application relates at least to the first core after receiving a handle of the first application.

25. The network subsystem of claim 9, in which the means for signaling a first application relating with a first core and with a second core comprises:

means for signaling, at least to the first core, the first application relating with the first core and with the second core.

26. The network subsystem of claim 9, further comprising:

means for booting at least the second core in response to the data received after signaling the first application relating with the first core and with the second core.

27. The network subsystem of claim 9, further comprising:

means for superseding a service configuration at least in the second core in response to the data received after signaling the first application relating with the first core and with the second core.

28. The network subsystem of claim 9, further comprising:

means for evaluating the partial service configuration change.

29. The network subsystem of claim 9, in which the means for signaling a first application relating with a first core and with a second core comprises:

means for depicting an option including at least a representation of the first application relating with the first core and with the second core.

30. The network subsystem of claim 9, in which the means for signaling a first application relating with a first core and with a second core comprises:

means for accessing a record relating the first application to the second core.

31. The network subsystem of claim 9, in which the means for signaling via a third core a partial service configuration change at least in the first core in response to data received after signaling the first application relating with the first core and with the second core comprises:

means for signaling the partial service configuration change via a channel traversing the third core.

32. The network subsystem of claim 9, in which the means for signaling via a third core a partial service configuration change at least in the first core in response to data received after signaling the first application relating with the first core and with the second core comprises:

means for upgrading a portion of the first application at least at the first core.

33. The network subsystem of claim 9, in which the means for signaling via a third core a partial service configuration change at least in the first core in response to data received after signaling the first application relating with the first core and with the second core comprises:

means for causing the partial service configuration change by an activity at the third core.

34. The network subsystem of claim 9, in which the means for signaling a first application relating with a first core and with a second core comprises:

means for signaling the first application relating with the first core and with the second core simultaneously.

35. The network subsystem of claim 34, in which the means for signaling a first application relating with a first core and with a second core further comprises:

means for transmitting information about how the first application relates at least to the first core after receiving a handle of the first application;

means for signaling, at least to the first core, the first application relating with the first core and with the second core;

means for indicating a first feature of the first application at the first core and a second feature of the first application at the second core;

means for transmitting an image depicting at least the first core and the second core;

means for transmitting one or more service-specific parameters and a portion of the first application to the first core and to the second core;

means for depicting an option including at least a representation of the first application relating with the first core and with the second core; and

means for accessing a record relating the first application to the second core.

36. The network subsystem of claim 9, in which the means for signaling via a third core a partial service configuration change at least in the first core in response to data received after signaling the first application relating with the first core and with the second core comprises:

means for causing the partial service configuration change by an activity at the third core,

means for signaling the partial service configuration change via a channel traversing the third core; and

means for signaling an initialization in a portion of the first core and in a portion of the second core.

37. The network subsystem of claim 9, further comprising:

means for indicating at least one of the first application, the first core, and the second core to an interface;

means for receiving input from the interface after signaling the partial service configuration change;

means for performing the partial service configuration change in response to the input received after signaling the partial service configuration change; and

means for evaluating the partial service configuration change.

38. The network subsystem of claim 9, further comprising:

means for performing the partial service configuration change at least in the first core and in the second core;

means for recording an indication of the first application;

means for booting at least the second core in response to the data received after signaling the first application relating with the first core and with the second core; and

means for superseding a service configuration at least in the second core in response to the data received after signaling the first application relating with the first core and with the second core.
