1. A cellular phone comprising:
- a cellular phone control module to control the cellular phone;
a global positioning system (GPS) to selectively generate vector and location data; and
a transmitter,wherein the cellular phone control module selectively wirelessly transmits the vector and location data using the transmitter when;
the cellular phone is traveling on a first set of predetermined roads; and
the cellular phone is traveling at a first speed that is greater than a predetermined speed, the predetermined speed being set based on a walking speed,wherein the cellular phone control module does not transmit the vector and location data when the cellular phone is traveling on a second set of roads, andwherein the cellular phone identifies a new walking path if the first speed is between a first threshold and a second threshold that is greater than the first threshold.

Abstract
A cellular phone comprises a cellular phone control module that controls the cellular phone, a global positioning system (GPS) selectively generates vector and location data, and a transmitter. The cellular phone control module selectively wirelessly transmits the vector and location data using the transmitter when at least one of the cellular phone is traveling on a first set of predetermined roads and does not transmit the vector and location data when the cellular phone is traveling on a second set of roads, and the cellular phone is traveling at a first speed that is greater than a predetermined speed.
