- ordering a first non common portion of a first identity and a second non common portion of a second identity; and
structuring the access terminal paging message to include a common portion that is common to both the first identity and the second identity, the common portion a field of bits shared by the first identity and the second identity and used for paging the first identity, and the second identity, and to include the first non common portion and the second non common portion, once ordered, ordering determinative of conveyance of a first additional identity bit.
