First Claim
1. A graphical user interface displayed on a video display device that displays performance data related to a screen-sharing communication session between a first computing device and a second computing device, the graphical user interface comprising:
- means for selecting one of a plurality of screen-sharing communication sessions between a first computing device and a second computing device for analysis, the first computing device having shared its screen data with the second computing device during each screen-sharing communication session;
a first graphical element having a plurality of sections that each separately represent a respective physical portion of a connection between the first computing device and the second computing device and that together represent the entire physical connection between the first computing device and the second computing device, each of the sections i) displaying performance data, for the currently-selected screen-sharing communication session, for its respective physical portion, and ii) having a variable length that changes relative to a change in the performance data caused by its respective physical portion; and
a second graphical element displaying performance data for a predetermined number of additional screen-sharing communication sessions between the first computing device and the second computing device, the second graphical element being configured to dynamically display a past performance of a given physical portion of the connection between the first computing device and the second computing device when a pointer is placed over the section in the first graphical element representing the given physical portion,wherein the graphical user interface is displayed on at least one of the first computing device that shares its screen data or the second computing device that receives the shared screen data.

Abstract
A graphical user interface displays performance data related to a communication session between a first computing device and a second computing device. The graphical user interface comprises a first graphical element and a second graphical element. The first graphical element has a number of sections that represent respective physical portions of a connection between the first computing device and the second computing device. Each of the sections displays the performance data of a current session for that respective physical section. The second graphical element displays corresponding performance data for a predetermined number of previous sessions between the first computing device and the second computing device.
