1. A microfluidic device comprising:
- a substrate comprising wells in fluid communication with a flow channel, said flow channel capable of receiving fluid flow through an inlet port;
a population of beads, wherein said population comprises beads having a binding ligand, wherein the beads are present in said wells, wherein a well comprises at least a first bead of said population and a second bead of said population, and wherein said first bead comprises a nucleic acid and said second bead comprises an enzyme; and
an electroosmotic pump in fluid communication with said flow channel, wherein said electroosmotic pump is configured to deliver a fluid through said flow channel.
