1. A system for reporting to a website owner one or more appearances of a specified word in one or more page-specific open-ended comments concerning one or more particular web pages of a website, the system comprising one or more components collectively operable to:

  • receive one or more page-specific open-ended comments concerning one or more particular web pages of a website from users that have accessed the particular web pages;

    identify, in the one or more page-specific open-ended comments concerning the one or more particular web pages of the website, each appearance of the specified word;

    generate a report reflecting the identified appearances of the specified word in the one or more page-specific open-ended comments concerning the one or more particular web pages of the website;

    wherein the components are operable to receive page-specific subjective ratings from the users, each page-specific subjective rating concerning one of the particular web pages as a whole and being associated with one or more page-specific open-ended comments concerning the particular web page;

    the report reflects the page-specific subjective ratings that are associated with the page-specific open-ended comments concerning the one or more particular web pages of the website in which one or more appearances of the specified word are identified.
