  • one or more layers of a one-part moisture-curable sealant, wherein said one-part moisture-curable sealant is cure-blocked with a moisture removable blocking group; and

a first layer of a frangible moisture barrier coating on top of said one or more layers of the one-part curable sealant, said coating preventing curing of the sealant by preventing atmospheric moisture from reaching the sealant, and said coating being frangible enough to break apart when the fastener is installed to allow atmospheric moisture to reach the sealant and remove the moisture removable blocking group so that the sealant will cure.
