1. A suture anchor, comprising:

  • an elongate body having proximal and distal ends with an inner lumen extending therethrough, and at least one bone-engaging surface feature formed on at least a portion of an external surface thereof for engaging bone, the inner lumen including a suture-engaging member extending substantially transverse to an axis of the inner lumen and adapted to receive a suture therearound such that the suture can extend around the suture-engaging member and trailing ends of the suture can extend through the inner lumen and out of the proximal end of the elongate body, and the inner lumen having a first cross-sectional shape proximal to the suture-engaging member and a second, different cross-sectional shape distal to the suture-engaging member wherein the elongate body includes cut-outs formed in opposed sidewalls thereof and extending proximally from the distal end of the elongate body, the cut-outs defining opposed distal arms of the suture anchor, and wherein the at least one bone-engaging surface feature comprises a thread disposed around the elongate body and terminating proximal to the distal arms.
