1. A method for creating a positive-fit connection capable of load-bearing to a tissue part in a human or animal body, the method comprising the steps of:

  • providing a depression in a bone part, the depression comprising an inside surface, providing an implant comprising a material being biocompatible and liquefiable by mechanical oscillation, the form of the implant being roughly adapted to the depression, positioning the implant in the depression in a manner such that an implant region of the liquefiable material is in contact or can be brought into contact with the inside surface of the depression, contacting a proximal face of the positioned implant with a distal end of a resonator, transmitting mechanical oscillation from the resonator into the implant and simultaneously pressing the implant into the depression for a time sufficient for liquefying at least a part of the liquefiable material and for pressing it into surface unevennesses, cavities or pores of the inside surface of the depression, wherein a distal end of the resonator oscillates predominantly in a z-direction acting like a hammer on the proximal face of the implant and the implant is pressed into the depression in the same z-direction or the resonator comprising a transition element designed for a distal end thereof to oscillate predominantly perpendicularly to the z-direction and to press the implant against the tissue part in the z-direction, andletting the liquefiable material pressed into the surface unevennesses, cavities or pores re-solidify and, in a re-solidified state, constitute the positive-fit connection.
