1. An implantable medical device, comprising:

  • a copolymer comprising;

    L-lactide and from about 4 mol % to about 5 mol % glycolide, wherein the copolymer has a crystallinity from about 20 wt % to about 30 wt % prior to fabrication into the device;

    the copolymer being blended with about 2 wt % to about 10 wt % poly(D-lactide-co-glycolide) based on the total weight of copolymer plus poly(D-lactide-co-glycolide) wherein the poly(D-lactide-co-glycolide) comprises about 2 mol % to about 10 mol % glycolide monomer.
