The revolving plate is rotatably connected to the supporting stand, and defines a guide groove. An end of the limiting bar is rotatably connected to the supporting stand, and the other end of the limiting bar is movably received in the guide groove. The cavity is sealed or opened dependent on the rotation of the revolving plate. An all-in-one computer using the supporting mechanism is also disclosed.
