Abstract

The invention pertains to novel compounds of Formula (I) wherein R¹, R², R³, W, Y, Z, A, m, n, p, and q are defined herein. Such compounds are useful as stabilizing ligands in systems that assist in the determination of protein function.

(2S)-1-((S)-2-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)butanoyl)-N—

((R)-1-(4-(2-morpholinoethoxy)phenyl)-3-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)propyl)piperidine-2-carboxamide.
