1. An apparatus comprising:

  • an implantable physiologic mechanical sensor for providing an output signal related to one or more physiologic parameters of a subject;

    a first electrical conductor coupled to the sensor;

    an implantable medical device comprising a pulse generator circuit adapted for delivery of therapy pulses to a portion of tissue;

    means for selectively energizing the sensor via the first electrical conductor;

    a second electrical conductor coupled to the implantable medical device and receiving the output signal from the sensor;

    an output signal processing circuit coupled to the second electrical conductor; and

    means for excluding signals on the second conductor from the output signal processing circuit during a temporal window corresponding to the therapy delivery of a therapy pulse.
