1. A method for enabling a user to edit one or more clips displayed within a user interface of a browser application, comprising the steps of:

  • retrieving a first clip among the one or more clips from a memory facility of a browser enabled processor platform including a display;

    displaying the first clip to the user through the user interface of the browser application, the browser application including a clip manipulation and posting publisher having a first editing tool and operating on the browser enabled processor platform;

    retrieving a second clip among the one or more clips from the memory facility;

    displaying the second clip to the user through the user interface;

    presenting the first editing tool to the user through the user interface;

    editing the first clip and the second clip with the first editing tool based on an input from the user to create a first edited clip, wherein the first editing tool creates the first edited clip by combining the first clip and the second clip;

    storing the first edited clip in the memory facility;

    receiving a set of network location control parameters that are unique to a network location among a plurality of network locations;

    transcoding the first edited clip with the clip manipulation and posting publisher according to the set of network location control parameters to create a transcoded clip; and

    uploading the transcoded clip to the network location according to the network location control parameters with the clip manipulation and posting publisher.
