1. A computer implemented method for dynamic communication adjustment, comprising:

  • obtaining data associated with a base transceiver station, wherein the data comprises hand down failure data, carrier balance data, and dropped call data;

    comparing the hand down failure data to a hand down failure threshold;

    determining whether a carrier is balanced based on the carrier balance data when the hand down failure data is greater than the hand down failure threshold;

    comparing the dropped call data to a dropped call threshold when the carrier is balanced; and

    promoting adjustment of an operational parameter of the base transceiver station when the dropped call data is greater than the dropped call threshold, wherein the operational parameter is a dynamic hand down distance parameter.
