1. A disengageable pulley device comprising:

  • a rim comprising a bore and an outer active surface provided with circular grooves and ribs;

    an outer race made in one piece of substantially tubular shape and having a bore and a cylindrical outer surface of revolution, said bore comprising two raceways of general toroidal shape, the bore of the rim being in contact with part of the outer surface of the outer race;

    an inner race made in one piece, forming a hollow shaft, said inner race having a bore and a cylindrical outer surface of revolution, said outer surface comprises two raceways situated in the same radial plane as the raceways of the outer race;

    a rolling bearing comprising two rows of rolling elements, each row of rolling elements being arranged between and in contact with one of the raceways of the outer race and one of the raceways of the inner race;

    a freewheel arranged radially between said outer and inner races, wherein the outer race comprises at least one contact seat of cylindrical revolution for lock-up elements of the freewheel, wherein the inner race comprises at least one contact seat of cylindrical revolution for the lock-up elements of the freewheel, and wherein the freewheel is in contact with the contact seats of the inner and outer races;

    wherein the rim is mounted on the subassembly formed by the outer race, the inner race, the rolling elements and the freewheel.
