1. A method of temperature-control for an electronic component the method comprising:

  • obtaining a plurality of sensed temperature values by a plurality of temperature sensors which are disposed on the electronic component, wherein each of the temperature sensors has one corresponding temperature-control threshold and the temperature-control thresholds are constants;

    comparing each of the sensed temperature values with a corresponding one of the temperature-control thresholds;

    looking up a temperature-control table according to at least one of the temperature-control thresholds which is less than the corresponding sensed temperature value, wherein the temperature-control table records a relationship between the temperature-control thresholds and a plurality of temperature-control operations;

    selecting one of the temperature-control operations by looking up the temperature-control table; and

    starting the temperature-control operation to make each of the sensed temperature values be lower than or equal to the corresponding one of the temperature-control thresholds.
