  • a silicone elastomer from the reaction of;

    A) an SiH containing organopolysiloxane silsesquioxane resin comprising the formula;


    (Me2HSiO1/2)a(Me2SiO2/2)c(R′

    SiO3/2)d where a is greater than 0, c is from 0 to 0.4, d is from 0 to .9, with the provisos that sum of a, c, and d, is at least 0.9 and d is greater than 0,R ′

    is a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 2 to 8 carbon atoms, and Me is methyl,B) an organic compound having at least two aliphatic unsaturated groups and in its molecule of the formula H2C═

    CHCH2[C3H6O]gCH2CH═

    CH2, or H2C═

    C(CH3)CH2[C3H6O]gCH2C(CH3)═

    CH2 where g is eater than 2, andC) a hydrosilylation catalyst, and;

    D) carrier fluid selected from decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, isododecane, isohexyldecane, or isodecyl neopentanoate,E) an optional personal or healthcare active, wherein the gel composition has a hardness of at least 0.03 Newton force.
