- circuitry configured for determining at least one topographical relationship of at least one application with at least one first core and at least one second core;
circuitry configured for obtaining data of at least one of the at least one first core and the at least one second core during operation of the at least one application; and
circuitry configured for migrating at least one portion of at least one resource with respect to at least one of the at least one first core and the at least one second core based at least partly on the data of at least one of the at least one first core and the at least one second core obtained during operation of the at least one application.
