1. A method for use in a wireless communication network, the method comprising:
- establishing a code phase origin reference value based, at least in part, on position determination information signals representing a plurality of code phase values associated with at least one satellite positioning system (SPS);
establishing a plurality of encoded code phase values corresponding to said plurality of code phase values, wherein each of said plurality of encoded code phase values is associated with said code phase origin reference value; and
transmitting at least one message comprising signals representing said plurality of encoded code phase values and identifying said code phase origin reference value.
